At JYUHK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials;
Show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse;
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or an order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@jyuhk.com.

Please provide:

Your order number;
The item(s) you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size, color, or available product, please contact us at support@jyuhk.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund where applicable.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may offer an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund.

Where the issue is confirmed to be caused by us, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will be covered by JYUHK where applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items may include:

Personalized or customized products;
Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories;
Personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used;
Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by JYUHK, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by JYUHK or otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products. JYUHK cannot be responsible for returned packages lost before they are received by us.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jyuhk.com.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process may apply.

9. Return Address

Please do not return products directly to our company address unless instructed to do so by our customer service team.

The appropriate return address may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
